About our safe, friendly & beautiful neighborhood...
Development began in the late 1970s in a densely forested area in the southeast section of Edmond, OK. A creek winds its way through this established subdivision which is full of gorgeous, mature trees. Lovely Spring Hill has 185 homes, a park and swimming pool. It borders Oklahoma City’s northeast city limits so it’s easy to access and enjoy the benefits of both Edmond and Oklahoma City.
We have homeowners who have been here “since the beginning” as well as many new families. With children walking to and from school, a new playground and many social events, from wine-tastings to pool parties, Spring Hill is an active and friendly community.
The Spring Hill Homeowners Association is a non-profit organization operated and directed by a member volunteer Board of Directors.
Its mission is to safeguard and improve the property while creating a strong and positive sense of community in the neighborhood.
It strives to and takes pride in improving and beautifying the common grounds, pool, entrances and park which are all important factors in maintaining and increasing property values.
HOA Dues...
In order to continuously maintain the pool and common areas, which are not only important for property values, but also create a sense of pride for the neighborhood, homeowners are invoiced each year on April 1st with payments due May 1st. Compared to other similar subdivisions with pools, Spring Hill dues remain one of the lowest in Edmond.
